Shipping Information

Processing/shipping times

Allow up to 2 weeks for your items to process, ship and arrive. Any delays regarding item availability will be made apparent via email at time of order. All items are made by me, not ordered in bulk- patience is appreaciated. 

Note that due to then going Covid-19 pandemic that carriers are experiencing delays of up to two weeks.

Checking your order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available by carrier. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@espiart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Import fees and Tariffs

At this time we offer shipping to US, Canada and the UK. We are not responsible for any fees/tariffs you may incur due to importing.

Undeliverable/ Non- delivered items

We are not responsible for any items that get lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit. Once a package is out of our hands it is no longer our responsibility. We are able to help you lodge a complaint against the used shipping carrier to help locate your package.

We are not responsible for items that are mis-delivered due to incorrect addresses and/or misspellings in address. If you realize you put the wrong address or your shipping information seems incorrect please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct that. Responses outside of 24 hours may be out of our hands.

Shipping charges 

All USA orders ship free, orders outside of the USA are subject to shipping fees based on travel distance, weight, and package size.

Pickup/ local deliveries 

We do not offer pickup/ local deliveries of items at this time.
